If you want to access contact details, you can use the points given by the purchased membership plan. The validity of the membership plan and the coins are specified in the site and will expire at the end of the validity period.
Note: If you used all your coins before the validity period of the membership plan, you agree to do so by your own wish. After the coins became zero, you will not be provided any extra coins even if your plan is still valid. Make the most out of your coins that you choose to spend. Do not let your coins get wasted easily.
3. Refund and Returns Policy
3.1 Refund Requests:
If you want to make a request for your refunds, you must to make sure that you request for the refunds within the 14 days after you made a membership plan and not used to access any service or contact details provided by the membership plan, only then you will be applicable to request your refunds.
3.2 Partial Refunds for Non-Discounted Purchases:
If you did not purchase the membership plan with any kind of discount, coupon code, sale price, or any similar thing like that, and if your membership plan was purchased as it is without any discount kind of thing, also, you used some of the points provided in the membership plan, then the amount for refund will be calculated by deducting the amounts for used points from the total amount paid. Only the remaining amount will be refunded, subject to a minimum refund amount of 700 rupees.
4. User Conduct
4.1 Prohibited Activities:
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
a.) Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
b.) Breaking upon the intellectual property rights of others.
c.) Transferring any harmful code or viruses.
d.) Engaging in any kind of activity that disturbs or interferes with the Site’s performance.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership:
