We only provide online based services, as everything is digital based on our platform, nothing physical, (non-tangible), so here we have outlined the conditions which refunds may be issued.

Who Is Eligible For Refunds?

  • 1. Refund Requests: It is must to make sure that you request for your refunds within 14 days of purchase according to the policy. After this period, we won’t be able to issue a refund.
  • 2. Unused Services: Remember, this refund and returns policy will only be applicable if you did not use any points, or contact details, or leverage our services by the help of our given accessibility in the membership plan you purchased. In easy words, if you did not use our membership plan based on given services by using those points, and contact details, or anything related to the membership plan, only then you will be applicable to make a request for your refunds. Once you utilized all the points or our membership plan in any way, you are not eligible, applicable to make a request for your refunds.
  • 3. Partial Refunds for Non-Discounted Purchases: If you purchased something without any discount or any coupon code, or any similar things, and you used some points, then the refund amount will be calculated by deducting the value of the used points from the total amount paid. Only the remaining amount will be refunded, subject to a minimum refund amount of 700 rupees.

Refund Process

  • 1. Request Submission: You can contact our customer support team at support@womensalonathome.vvcademy.com for requesting a refund or through our website’s contact form by providing your profile related details which was created on our website, and your order details like order number etc. and the reason for the refund request, for the form click here.
  • 2. Review And Approval: Your request for refund will be reviewed by our team and you will be notified of the approval or rejection for your refund within 7 business days.
  • 3. Processing Time: If your request for refunds gets approved, then the approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

Exceptions

1. Non-Refundable Plans: There are certain membership plans that are marked as non-refundable. These plans will be clearly shown at the time of making any purchase.

    2. Special Offers And Discounts: If you purchased a membership plan with a discount, or sale, or with any coupon code, or any similar things like that, then you will not be eligible to make a request for the refunds. Your request for refunds will not be considered as applicable.

    3. Minimum Refund Amount: The amount less than 700 rupees will not be issued for refunds. Only the amount more than 700 rupees will be refunded.
